About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at the Shane Cone Allstate Insurance Agency in Homewood, Alabama, as a Customer Service Account Manager! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs with ease and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with policy information, coverage options and claims processes.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry in our systems.
- Educate customers on available insurance products and services to enhance their coverage.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention of policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Allstate products to provide informed advice.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Requirements:
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 45 days.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
